Corrections are the messages worth sending. Platform figures go out of date and this desk will not always notice first.
How do I reach this desk?
By email, at goxeva@goxeva.com — one address, read by the person who writes the pages.
The same address appears in the footer of every page and in the site’s /.well-known/security.txt. It was not live when the site launched, and this page said so in plain words rather than inventing an address; the change is logged on the corrections page like anything else.
What to expect: replies are not guaranteed and are never quick. A correction is usually acted on before it is answered, because the fix and the log entry matter more than the reply does. Nothing sent here is confidential in any formal sense — treat it as a message to a website, and do not send passwords, two-factor codes, seed phrases or verification documents, which this desk has no use for and no way to protect.
This is a static site. There is no server-side code, no database and nothing that could receive a form submission, so a contact form here would either be decorative or would hand your message to a third party without telling you. Neither is acceptable, so there is no form.
What is worth reporting?
Anything factual that has changed or was wrong, particularly a platform figure that no longer matches the exchange’s own page.
The most useful reports, roughly in order:
- A stale number. Fee tiers, withdrawal fees, confirmation requirements and limits all change. If a figure here disagrees with what the exchange currently shows, that is a correction and it will be logged.
- A broken formula or calculator. If a calculator returns something that does not match your own arithmetic, that is worth knowing about even if you are not sure which of us is wrong.
- A step that has changed. Sign-up and verification flows get redesigned regularly, which quietly invalidates any written walkthrough and any screenshot attached to it.
- An unclear explanation. Less urgent, still useful. If a section had to be read three times, it is badly written.
What is not worth sending: requests for a view on a particular asset, requests to place or unwind a trade, or anything expecting account support. This desk has no relationship with any exchange beyond a referral code and cannot act on an account, look anything up, or intervene in a support case.
I have a problem with my exchange account
Go to the exchange’s own support channel, and be careful about who contacts you afterwards.
Only the exchange can act on an account. Nobody else can unfreeze a withdrawal, recover a misrouted deposit or expedite a verification review, and anyone claiming otherwise is running a recovery scam — a category that specifically targets people who have just posted publicly about a problem.
Two rules that hold everywhere: exchange staff never ask for your password, your two-factor codes or your seed phrase, and nobody legitimate will offer to fix your account in exchange for an upfront payment. If you have a specific failure, the write-ups on missing deposits, pending withdrawals and verification failures cover what the exchange will actually need from you.
Commercial enquiries
There is no advertising, no sponsored posting and no guest posting on this site, and that is not a negotiating position.
The site carries a single referral arrangement, described on the disclosure page. Adding paid placements on top of that would make the incentives here impossible for a reader to reason about. Link-insertion requests will not be answered when there is somewhere to answer them from.
